So full, omg. Cheaty day today.

Breakfast - Latte (I was looking forward to it all week, how sad)
Lunch - Lamb curry, cauliflower, a few spoons of rice & some bread (grains! wheat!)
Dinner - Scallops with cauliflower puree, plaice with caper butter & asparagus

It's not called fat Friday for nothin'.
