Breakfast - Latte, not pictured.
Lunch - Sushi, edamame, soup. Epic yum.
Snack - Apple & cheese
Dinner - Gammon with orange & veg
Didn't run. Haven't run since Sunday.
This is bad.
I've been so tired the last few days, sleeping like crazy and feel like I'm getting a cold. No energy. Blah.
Must try harder.
